Transition from long term rental to Air BNB

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $279,000
Cash invested: $33,000

Formerly a primary residence, then a long term rental, in recent years we Air BNB at greater income and much less work. Added benefit we use the property when it's not booked, as our vacation home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Necessity

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Relocation for work in 2011 when the house was underwater. Rented to break even. But now with Air BNB it's profitable
