Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $351,000
Cash invested: $87,000

Condo with low HOA fees and decent rent in an area with lots of commercial/lab/office space going up & recently connected to Boston by the train.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted my first deal and was very familiar with the area, comfortable with the numbers

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Noticed it through an ongoing MLS search

How did you finance this deal?

25% cash rest conventional financing
