Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $275,000

I bought this back in 2015 as my first primary home and started renting it out once we moved to the bay area. It was a very motivated seller who originally was asking for $384k. Her last sell price was $314k when we found the deal, which we then negotiated down to $275k. We invested an additional $45k to bring it up to date (she was the original owner of the home). It is currently worth $550k.
