This is an old home, I don't recommend investing in cute properties from the 1920's unless you have a lot of extra cash. It's not for me, but I know someone out there- this is exactly what they love. Everything needed updates. It was a mess. Glad to sell, even if I did have a renter in place and it was cash flowing a couple hundred a month.
