I dont understand why i cant figure out why it wont show me how much cash on hand i will have at the end of the deal or how much i will have to leave in the deal.  I dont think the calculator is taking into account that my repair loan is a interest only loan and that it will transfer up to 85% into my final home loan.  i just feel like im doing something very wrong and keep getting weird numbers
