Accidental househack in my early 20s

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $375,000
Cash invested: $6,000

At this time I have zero knowledge in RE. This was a property my Mom, sister and I was renting. The owner decided to sell the property and we decided to take over with the tenants living in the basement. We still live in this property and renting the basement!
