Estimating rehab repair costs project

Hey BP,
A friend of mine is helping me learn the ropes of estimating rehab costs, and he sent me on this project to come up with a rehab estimate for what I think this house needs.  (He's already purchased it and is about to flip it with his partners)

This property is located in East Tennessee.  I realize that all markets are different, but please let me know what you think of the estimate numbers I've come up with and where you're located at for comparison.  Since this is my first crack at estimating rehabs, I can't wait to see if I came in way over or way under!

This is an 1828 sq ft split-level home with attached 1 car garage.  I've listed out everything that I think this place needs in order to sell for top-dollar in this market.
