Investment Info:

Townhouse other investment.

Purchase price: $358,000
Cash invested: $358,000
Sale price: $358,000

Investor had a rental unit that had been lived in for several years, he was International Investor that wanted to sell unit. Wanted renovations and staging to get top dollar for rental. We renovated and staged. I was project manager, stager, and agent. We sold highest at highest comps at that time.
