Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $448,000
Sale price: $448,000

These clients needed to get the most for their home. They needing some light renovations and staging before we closed to get more money. We got them about $30,000 more than they would have gotten comparing lower comps in neighborhood, based off present condition, with little to no investment. Sweat Equity.
