Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Sale price: $396,000

Multiplex Unit with 4 apartments. Seasoned Investors with multiple land, property rentals, and fix and flips. Investor was a licensed agent in another state, she wanted to work with me because we had gotten to know each other over previous years, and she saw how my service was with my residential listing clients.
