Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in San Antonio.

Purchase price: $350,000

Excited to close on my 3rd investment property in a gated community that will be used as a luxury short term rental. Thank you to @Convoy Home Loans - I've enjoyed working with them throughout the whole process, I highly recommend them to all BP members!
