Cash invested: $51,000
BRRRR property. Cash rehab, $20k, ARV $95-$100k, will rent for $900-$1000/month. Will update once the renovations are complete.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Love a good deal! BRRRR all the way.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Straight off the MLS. The property was overpriced and sitting. Once they made a price adjustment I made an offer and negotiated the price of $18k less than original list price.

How did you add value to the deal?
Kitchen Renovation, Bathroom Renovation, New HVAC, New siding on exterior, new garage door, new light fixtures.
