Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $85,000
Cash invested: $17,000

Condo/Patio Home. Short Term Rental

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The location is close enough to old town scottsdale, yet far enough that it is quaint, quiet, and long term maintainable. There are a few other investors in the community and thus far not complaints under the homeowners association for this use.

How did you finance this deal?

Primary Mortgage loan, resided in, then turned into short term rental.
