it was in the same complex we sold 708 Anne. We bought it and did a quick flip to keep the machine running. This one was a base hit.

I had already flipped a unit in this complex. We also sold 2 other units toinvetors in this complex. The listing agent for this unit called me directly before putting it on the market and asked if I was interested. I said yes and we locked it up before it hit mls.
