Cash invested: $11,400

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

it was a simple quick condo flip. turned the money over in couple months and on to the next.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on the MLS. The listing agent was not very responsive and I think she under sold it due to the fact the lack of communication made it hard to show and hard to negotiate. I stayed on top of it until we got it accepted.

How did you finance this deal?

cash from an self directed IRA account

How did you add value to the deal?

full remodel

turned nice quick profit.
