Buying a Townhouse in Riverdale Georgia

Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment in Riverdale.

Purchase price: $127,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Bed 2/2.5 ,1160 sqft

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I invested in a town house because I need help maintaining the the external part of the building. Example siding ,grass, common area

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I used a realtor. I put down 20% and didn't ask for closing coast. 7 day inspection. 45 days closing.

How did you finance this deal?

Loan for the bank

How did you add value to the deal?

The property was turn key.

What was the outcome?

I still own the property

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Try not to buy during the Holiday season. Most of the staff is out during that time of the year.
