Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $24
Cash invested: $10

This is a buy and hold. Purchase through an HOA Foreclosure for $24k
The value of the home currently is close to $376k

Hire Attorney to handle foreclosure.. Took several years but we won, and the property is free and clear
If i was to sell I would make an approx profit of $376k minus $34k..
over a $340K profit

Scary at first but we won. Took a few years.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Discovered it through a friend that was buying an HOA lien property, and we were looking for a cheap investment

How did you finance this deal?

paid cash

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Learned its good to have attorneys that understand HOA liens..
Stressful but well worth the stress
