Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Worcester.

Purchase price: $554,900
Cash invested: $138,000

Three Family with 10 Bedrooms located near Clark University and completed renovated by a company that specializes in historical homes.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Turn-key. Minutes from Universities.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found this through my agents' daily emails. I knew this was a must have property and immediately took action to get it.

How did you finance this deal?

Commerical loan as well as HELOC for down payment.
