First real estate purchase

Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $320,000

Current House Hack

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Financial freedom, and no longer paying/burning money towards rent.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this deal through a real estate agent, and being that it was a new build it was not up for negotiation.

How did you finance this deal?

30 year - FHA Loan at 2.85%

How did you add value to the deal?

I was able to effectively pool together a team to help get this deal close

What was the outcome?

Great purchase, with a lot of equity that I will be using towards my next property.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes, i would recommend to anyone in the Austin, Tx area.
