Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $74,900
Cash invested: $35,000
Sale price: $140,000
This was one of those dream flips that comes along every once in awhile.
Some demo and trash out, new paint, new floors, new appliances, new electrical and a handful of little things.
We were in and out of there, leaving the place better than we found it.
The investor exited the investment in august 2021, closing on a final sale of $140,000.
A great return; everyone made money and that's what we aim to do time and time again!
