Looking for third party storage management companies
Hi All - I have been looking into getting into the commercial RE market through self storage facilities. Currently I have a full time job that takes up 50-60 hours of my week so I dont have time to be on site managing the facility myself. Additionally I would like to buy a facility in the state adjacent to where I live so I could not be there every day. I have done my basic internet research on providers but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? The facility will be smaller and I know some managers wont touch them under a certain size. Hoping for 50-75 units. I also want to know exactly how hands of the third party managers make this arrangement? In your experiences is it truly a passive activity or do you find yourself on site frequently, making calls, etc etc.
Thank you for any input! Excited to join the commercial RE community
