Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $165,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Long term buy and hold in the Rolla Mill Subdivision of Verona, VA. This was purchased as a primary residence in 2015 and had planned to live here for the foreseeable future. An opportunity came up while being paired with a family friend needing a place to rent. So we decided to become landlords. Rent is low but currently we have had 0% vacancy. The biggest investment in this case was deciding to take this step, learn how to be landlords, and begin our real estate investing journey. Take the step!

Purchase Price: $165,000

Seller Credit: $5,000

Down Payment (0%): $0

Appraised Value(2022): Coming Soon

Mortgage: $800/month

Rent: $1,100

Cheers!
