Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Ellwood City.

Purchase price: $110,000

Up/Down duplex, fully occupied. The lower unit is a 2 bed/2.5 bath with a 1 car garage. The upper unit is a 1 bed/1 bath.
