Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $235,000
Cash invested: $50,000

Just bought my first investment property in Orono! Plan is to fix it up and rent it out. Mortgage is about 1200/month and hoping to rent it for $2,000/month

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
