What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a deal that my cash buyer was looking for at the time.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This deal was a referral from my daughter that I successfully negotiated to a closed deal.

How did you finance this deal?

There was none needed, as this was a wholesale deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

By doing my extreme due dilligence by making sure the numbers worked for my end buyer.

What was the outcome?

A closed deal a happy seller who was moving back to the central valley of California.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

No lesson was needed to be leraned, as this was a routin wholesale deal, that I was challenged to close.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No real estate professionals were involved in this deal.
