Purchase price: $750,000
Cash invested: $175,000

Beautiful in most upcoming area centrally located in Cincinnati. 12 units, some units are upgraded, New Roof, Boiler and water heater are relatively new. All units occupied at the time of sale except 2. Cap rate of more than 7%.
