Fix and flip in tulsa Oklahoma

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $80,000
Cash invested: $65,000
Sale price: $245,000

Bought a fixer upper and remodel

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have been in real estate about 15 years

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Had a realtor call as he was getting ready to list it

How did you finance this deal?

Cash deal

How did you add value to the deal?

Took a 3 bed room and made it to two living one side a 3 bed room 2 bath and add another side with one bedroom one bath

What was the outcome?

I was working on it and had a contract on it before i was half way finish

Lessons learned? Challenges?

It was well planned really no challenges

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with a great realtor
