Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $146,000
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $230,000

This was a small ranch in unincorporated will county that we did a top to bottom rehab on. New bathroom, kitchen, flooring, trim, updated plumbing and electrical, brand new furnace and AC and much more. Took us about two months of relaxed short days to get it ready for the market and we sold it full price to the first buyer that came to look at it!
