Question when deal crunching
Hi BP friends,
I know that the most successful investors are crunching hundreds of deals before finding the right one. I hear it from Brandon Turner and Robert Kiyosaki but my question is how deep should I crunch a deal to qualify or disqualify? I am currently using AirDNA and the BP rental calc as of now, what else should I do?
To give it a little more context I am looking to build a portfolio in vacation rentals and STR them. My expertise is in hospitality and tech (PMS, channel manager, booking engines, and revenue management). I have been setting up small hotels with their systems and processes for years, now it's time to do it myself! Let's go!!!
