Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $204,000

This is a new construction townhome in a busy area of Jacksonville. It is a 2 bed - 2 bath townhome with assigned parking spot and a private backyard.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

JAX is upcoming in the real estate market and I see a great potential in this city. I am fortunate to live here and take care of the property myself. This one is a brand new construction, so I don't have to worry about repairs for next few years at least.

How did you finance this deal?

15 year mortgage

How did you add value to the deal?

Buying early helped me to get this at a low price. A similar home in the same community now sells for 20% more.
