Utilizing First Time Homebuying to fuel your investments!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $175,000
Cash invested: $25,000

Purchased utilizing first time home buying incentive in San Antonio as well as representing myself as my own agent to receive commission on the buy side.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

No HOA and close to the theme parks/ shopping.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS Deal

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional

How did you add value to the deal?

Cosmetic remodel as well as replacing the fence and roof.

What was the outcome?

Currently at a 30% Cash on cash return and have only been on the OTA's for 7 months.
