why is analyzing a deal like rocket science to me?
im having such a hard time with this analysis of properties! would anyone be willing to help me. im in queens ny i follow everything these videos say but there are still certain things i just cant seem to figure out. help!

@Michael Kurtin Why don't you post an analysis. On the last page there is a discuss in forums. Then ask questions about what you don't know.
