Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $153,762
Cash invested: $40,000

Single Family Home using the BRRRR method in Roeland Park Kansas purchased in 2019. 4 bed 2 bath home with nice updates and in a good area. Renters paying $2,400/ Month. After rehab appraisal came back at $285K and the value has only gone up! Very solid rental at a very good rate.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I could see the value in the home, already knew renters wanting that area and knew the area would appreciate.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on the MLS and was the first one through the door to start negotiations. We where cash, no inspections and a quick close that checked all their boxes.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash
