Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $470,000

Purchased a 1963 split level home in the North Hills neighborhood as our primary residence. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and approximately 2,200sf. This is a live-in flip and updates include: kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, screened porch addition, walk-in closet addition, and more. Current comps are $850k+, but we plan to turn this into a short-term rental in the future.
