Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $25,000

This was a full rehab. We went with an updated kitchen, new fence, and paint. This was our first home renovation and opened our eyes at house flipping, which we want to do next. This property is a buy and hold. Currently renting out for $1,500 and was appraised for $140k.
