Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $452,000

This is my House Hack I used my VA, rented two rooms and cash flowing ~$250/mo while occupying the Primary bedroom.

Boise is one of, if not the highest appreciating markets

What was the outcome?

I have all my bills paid for and put ~$250 in my pocket every month. plus my house already has ~$60 worth of equity over 6/mo.

Take your time to find the right tenants to coexist with and the experience with be pleasant!
