Cash invested: $225,000
Sale price: $585,000

We took a 2 bedroom single bath house in a premier neighborhood and transformed it into a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house, doubling the size of the house to include even a new basement area. All new mechanicals and top end finishes to reach the top of the market price. Custom accent walls, wet bar and open floor plan with ideal great room to include kitchen and living area. Also opened existing detached garage to provide fantastic outdoor post-Covid entertainment area. Sold above asking price.
