Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $390,000
Cash invested: $14,000

We started our Real Estate Investment journey with a house hack. It's a 4-plex that was built in 2017 in McAllen, Texas. Best decision we could have done. Got us hooked on the REI train!
