What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The condos in this neighborhood (Westcreek Ranch) rarely become available, and I realized this condo needed just a few upgrades to sell well, such as quartz countertops, carpet, paint and laminate flooring.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I had been keeping an eye on the condos in Westcreek Ranch with a property alert I set up. I appealed to the buyers urgent need to sell with a cash offer.
