Investment Info:

Mobile home buy & hold investment in Newberry.

Purchase price: $167,000
Cash invested: $4,000

I used a VA loan to buy this home. I rented rooms out to friends for the first year and made some repairs and updated cosmetics. After meeting my one year requirement I moved out, screened for tenants and got a wonderful family moved in on a 12 month lease. The property now cash flows nicely and I plan on repeating the same procedure with another home.
