Smart Contract Home Note

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Smart Contract experiment

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was an abandoned property and I did the due diligence to make sure the property can be acquired and refinanced through a smart contract note on the bitcoin blockchain.

How did you finance this deal?

Seed Funding

How did you add value to the deal?

The deal gains value through the smart contract tokenization process and the popularity it gains by creating a new innovative process.

What was the outcome?

The property is still owned by my family office and we are still dealing with certain legal matters concerning the property but for the most part, I can prove I own the property and that a smart contract standard operating procedure can and will be the future of our real estate deals.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Never do everything yourself. The challenge was learning to be knowledgeable, coachable, and intentional in every aspect of any deal.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No this was all self-developed by myself and the private family members of my family office.
