Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $465,000
Cash invested: $75,000
Pending sale $465K Purchase price which included a $15K seller concession, invested $75K in renovations, we enjoyed the home after renovations were completed for a summer, and listed for $695K
We are currently in contract significantly above asking price, I will post further details after it closes.
