Working on my first wholesale, fix and flip or brrrr but i'm stuck on the analysis and not sure which route to take, I would prefer to brrrr it but not sure if I can get a loan for that or what type of loan to look for as I only have about $15k saved up, any tips or help would be much appreciated.
