Highly distress, historic small property had a lot of upside potential.

Purchased through one of my wholesaler resources.

Complete renovation of this trashed property into a highly desirable home that quickly sold for solid profit margin.
What was the outcome?
4 month renovation and sold for solid profit margin.

Prefer to flip less distress properties moving forward. Get in and out quicker.

I was the owner, agent and GC on the project. Hard money lender was Capital Fund 1 based in Scottsdale.
