Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $185,000
Sale price: $187,000

This was a quick flip wholesale deal

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was acquired as part of a property package purchase and had a fellow investor who wanted the property when I was telling him about it, so I flipped it over to him.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found this through a wholesaler out in the area - Arcadian Realty Group.

How did you finance this deal?

My partner was my finance source on this deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

As a wholesale deal, no value was added other than doing the research on the property that I could forward to the next buyer.

What was the outcome?

Quick sale

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Worked with Joe at Arcadian Realty Group, good guys.
