Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Bend.

Purchase price: $264,000
Cash invested: $186,000

Purchased for $264k in June of 2020 as our primary home. Financed the purchase price with conventional financing. We added 1,200 sq. ft. and changed the look of the house. Addition cost $160k. Appraised for $800k last year. House is on an acre in Bend, Oregon.
