WHAT TO INCLUDE IN DIRECT MAIL MARKETING LETTERS
Hello all,
I am looking for some advice. I am a rookie investor who has been actively searching the market to find my first property to purchase. I am going to begin driving for dollars and plan to target the worst houses in the best neighborhoods, as well as houses owned by someone out of state. I want to write a letter to ask the owners if they'd be interested in selling their house to me, but I am unsure what all I should include in this letter. What are some things you include in your direct mail letters to increase call backs from owners? I would love to hear any tips you have.
