Cash-Out Refi or Sell?
Good evening everyone,
I am new to the real estate investing world, and I'm trying to learn new things everyday. I am looking to get more knowledge on whether it would be better off to sell my current rental property (SFH), or do a cash-out refinance. If there's anyone that can help with more insight to this, please let me know. I'm willing to discuss over the phone or via email. The goal, either way, is to ultimately have more money to invest in other property in the Jacksonville/Richlands area.
