Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Naples.

Purchase price: $758,000
Cash invested: $179,000

Duplex with a 3/2 and a 2/2. Close to beaches. Used an inheritance from wife and a mid size loan.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Looking for cash flow.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Wife is a Realtor and an associate in her office helped with negotiation.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash and small loan. Not FHA, I don't live in it.
