Private Money Loan to owner/user for downtown professional office space in Bakersfield, CA. Loan has a return of 9% over 5 years.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

With the market seemingly at the top of the cycle, lending with a quality rate of return for short periods of time is my best play.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The deal ran through Karpe Real Estate center and I negotiated it myself.
